The elastomer that we use in our processes is mainly the polymer Ethylene-Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), an elastic and waterproof material, with excellent resistance to chemicals, weathering, marine, and with a wide range of thermal resistance ( from -50 to +120 ° C). On request are available other materials NR, NBR, CR.
With extrusion we can combine different types of compounds:
- solid rubber, black or colored
- sponge rubber, black or colored
- coextruded rubber (full, expanded, colored)
In our laboratory, we submit the materials at constant control tests in all phases of the production cycle, from the basic material to the end product.
